What you might notice
Your homepage has no <script type="application/ld+json">, has a JSON-LD block that doesn't parse, or still carries markup for Google features that have ended: FAQPage, HowTo or SearchAction.
Why it matters
In search engines
Google uses some types for rich results. Organization and WebSite markup help it identify your brand.
In AI assistants
Google says its AI features need no special markup. It's helpful context, not a requirement.
How we test it
We read every JSON-LD block on your homepage, check it parses, and list the types.
How to fix it
Keep Organization and WebSite markup accurate. FAQPage no longer earns a Google rich result (since 7 May 2026), HowTo is retired, and the sitelinks search box (SearchAction) was removed in 2024.
